Click on 'Start a Fundraiser' on your profile.

Select the program that you wish to fundraise for.

Enter 3 basic details about your fundraiser:

Fundraiser title
-
Goal
-
End date

Click on 'Create Fundraiser' once you have finalised the duration, target and name.

Sign in with the mode of your choice (phone number/email/Facebook). Please remember this login mode for future access to your fundraiser
Your fundraiser is ready!
PERSONALIZING YOUR FUNDRAISER
To customize the fundraiser, click on ‘EDIT’ on the top of the screen.
1) Adding your personal story
To enhance the fundraisers, we suggest adding more personal details​

You can update the fundraiser gallery by adding images from your system or videos that are hosted on YouTube

Under the 'Story' section, describe your motivation to start the fundraiser, try to add emotions to make your fundraiser more appealing, try to focus on the individual-level impact wherever possible​

​You can use the 'Updates' section to share relevant details or milestones as your fundraiser progresses

Use the 'FAQ' section to respond to the general queries that your peers may ask​
2) Editing Fundraiser Details

On the top of the screen, the name of the fundraiser can be changed. If the name is changed, then the URL of the fundraiser also changes.

To add more members to the fundraiser, click on ‘Add team’ and copy the joining link. Share it with the other team members to join the fundraiser. Raising a team means access to more contacts hence raising a larger sum of money

The target amount can be updated.

To extend the end date, click on the calendar icon. Select the date of your choice.

Update the donation options by overwriting the current options.
After making the changes to the fundraiser, click on 'PUBLISH' on top of the screen to save the changes
SHARING THE FUNDRAISER WITH YOUR NETWORK

Once the fundraiser is ready, share it with your network. Leverage the strength of digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, LinkedIn or share your fundraiser via email.
